Inhalator
Inhalator

Inhalators are plastic devices shaped just like a cigarette with a nicotine cartridge fitted to them. Sucking on the mouthpiece releases a nicotine vapour which gets absorbed via the mouth and throat. Many people who miss the hand-to-mouth routine of smoking find an inhalator works very well.

Nasal SprayNasal Spray

Nicotine nasal spray is the strongest form of NRT available. The nicotine gets into the bloodstream through the lining of the nose. This is the fastest way to take nicotine, which is why nasal sprays are suited to people experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms or who have very high nicotine dependence. The down side is that the spray can cause irritation to the nose at first.
