The Suffolk Stop Smoking Service is a free NHS service offering practical help, support and advice for anyone living or working in Suffolk who wants to give up smoking.

Friendly advisors are on hand to give you information about all the latest methods of quitting and help you through what can be a difficult time. You are up to four times more likely to successfully quit with help than going it alone.
